Diamond Franfurt is a metal bond Frankfurt segment for marble calibration or stock removal to make stone tolerance to meet standard and ready for grinding, diamond frankfurt abrasive is more aggressive than magnesite frankfurt in calibration and it helps save cost and free hand for operators to avoid too much frequent change of magnesite abrasive stone if magnesite frankfurt is used for calibration.
This is a screw-fitting system, segment are easy to exchange, it is available with complete frankfurt grinding segment or simply purchase double segments as a pair to replace after this diamond frankfurt worn out.
It is used on first steps in marble polishing and used with water on stone polishing head that takes Frankfurt shape abrasive tools.
