Diamond Fickert is a metal bond diamond fickert brick for granite calibration to remove extra stock and make granite thickness tolerance to standard and make it smooth and ready for rough grinding by magnesite bond fickert or resin bond fickert.
It is with diamond grit and quite aggressive in grinding, great sharpness and long life, for one single head diamond fickert will last long and no need to change abrasives frequently, it save labor cost, electricity cost and much less stone mugs generation.
Diamond Fickert brick is working on automatic polishing lines with 12 to 20 polishing head and also automatic bridge polishing machine with 1 to 3 polishng head. It is polishing granite slabs, strip/tiles and also used on tombstone polishing as well.
Our fickert abrasive block is working great on granite in color gray, black, red, yellow and multi colors in different hardness.
