Granite diamond grinding disc is a metal bond diamond segmented grinding plate for granite calibration and grinding.

9inch/220mm diameter grinding disc is popular in supply with 12 segments welded onto a double row steel disc for granite grinding, it is with a 4 installation holes to suit different polishing heads.

It is a trational grinding disc used on manual radial arm polishing machine and now also use on a Chinese automatic polishing lines with 12-20 polishing head taking polishing disc head system.  Compared to fickert head polishing system, this grinding disc system saves a lot of cost in polishing heads and cost effective in abrasives as well. It is more used for strip or tile polishing. For granite slabs polishing, still more customers choose fickert head polishing machines.

Metal bond diamond grinding disc is available in 30#, 50#, 100#, 200# and 400#, for 30# grit grinding disc, its segments comes with 24mm length while 50# to 400# comes with 40mm length segment as regular supply.
