Fiber Sponge Frankfurt Cleaner for Marble

Fiber sponge cleaner pad is a fiber sponge bond frankfurt abrasive pad, it is available in grit size from 2000# to 6000#, in which 2000# and 3000# sometimes used after Synthetic Frankfurt abrasives (fine grinding and polishing) to remove marking and scratch on marble surface and get ready for 5 Extra to make final polishing. and it is used after 5 Extra polishing with grit size 6000# as cleaner to clean marble surface.

Fullux fiber sponge frankfurt pad is capable to make cleaning and also to help increase polishing glossy.  It is with selected materials that make it possible to help increase polishing glossy.

Here in China, sponge cleaner pad is widely in use while for overseas markets, it is still new and few in application.  When use this sponge pad, better to adjust polishing head forward-backword travel distance, make it little bit bigger value than slab or strip/tile width, this is to help avoid some abnormal consumption of sponge pad by tearing off the pads from pad sides. Because stone edges is sharp and likely to hit the sponge pad sides and tear off accidently, which will greatly shorten life of this fiber sponge abrasive pad.
