Diasilicon Frankfurt Abrasives for Marble

Diasilicon Frankfurt is a new product based on synthetic resin bond abrasive, which is little different in bonding and adding diamond powder to abrasive stone to make it more aggressive and longer life. It is tested in China at our own contracted stone factories on marble polishing with better sharpness and longer life.  Meanwhile it is cost much more as well, but overall it is high cost effective as per testing data.

Diasilicon abrasives is now available from 120# to 320# and other grit size under testing. It is designed to replace magnesite frankfurt abrasives. With usage of Diasilicon Frankfurt, operator will not need to change abrasive stone frequently due to much longer abrasive life.

So now we have new solution for marble polishing sequence, first with metal bond diamond frankfurt to calibrate and then diasilicon frankfurt to make rough grinding, and follow by synthetic frankfurt to do fine grinding and polishing, and optional with sponge cleaner pad 2000# to 6000# and then use 5 Extra/10 Extra to do polishing, and finally use fiber sponge pad or cleaner to do surface cleaning.
